Mr. and Mrs. Les Taylor from Leeton, Mrs. Vera Huber and Mrs. Della Nyberg went to Craig, Colo, Thursday morning to be with their sister, Mrs. Ethel Taylor whose husband had died.

Funeral For Roy L. Taylor Held Saturday
LAPOINT-- Funeral services were held Saturday, October 15 at 1 p.m. for Roy L. Taylor, 59 year-old Craig man. The services were held at the Duchesne stake house with Bishop Lewis Livingston in charge. Other speakers were Bishop J Elma Smith and Bishop N Blaine Cook. Claude Myers and George Merrill offered prayers. Solos were sung by Clyde Merkley and Edith Clem. A number was rendered by the male quartet of the Duchesne Stake.
Mr. Taylor died of a heart attack in the Memorial Hospital at Craig Tuesday morning. Prior to his death he was foreman of the Homer Winder ranch.
Roy L. Taylor was born December 14, 1900 at Levan, Utah. He moved to Craig three years ago. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Ethel Taylor of Craig and seven children, Ina Rawlins, Craig; Howard W. Taylor, Salt Lake City; Phyllis Cundiff, Ontario, California; Glen Taylor, Meeker; Calvin M Taylor, Salt Lake City; Louis R Taylor, Layton, North Carolina, and Terrill Liddell, Woods Cross, Utah. Eight brothers and sisters also survive: Sherm Taylor, Meeker; Rex Taylor, Les Taylor, Vera Huber, Della Nyberg, all of Lapoint; Cora Hayward, Bountiful; Doris Ross, Vernal, and Zelma Jensen, Bremerton, Washington, and 30 grandchildren.
Interment was in the Lapoint Cemetery with Zobel Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
